GENERAL OVERVIEW

The following terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of FITOKIO and its members. FITOKIO is operated by TAC & IDCJ Wellness Sdn. Bhd., with a business address at Level 4, Bangunan Bangsaria, 45E, Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, 59100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur ("The Company"), whose principal objective is to provide health and leisure facilities for frequent use.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS

• Membership is personal to the member and is non-assignable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. A member may not loan their membership card for use by a third party. The Company may assign the benefits of these agreements to any person, firm, or company at any time without notice to the member.
• Upon acceptance, the member shall be entitled to all the rights and privileges under their class of membership.
• Membership is only available to individuals who have attained a minimum age of 18 years.
• A digitally signed agreement and a paper-signed agreement are legally recognised and shall not be denied legal effect, validity, or enforceability.
• A copy of the digitally signed agreement will be sent to the email provided by the member upon joining.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

• All members must pay the fees stated in this contract. The joining fee and the first month’s membership fee are non-refundable and due immediately upon acceptance as a member. All fees are subject to change without notice.
• The monthly membership fee is payable on the 1st of every month through credit or debit card. A late payment fee of RM15 will be imposed for each outstanding month.
• Non-usage of FITOKIO facilities does not eliminate the obligation to pay membership fees.
• The management reserves the right to deny access if dues are in arrears and to cancel any membership with fees unpaid for one month or more. Legal action may be taken to recover outstanding dues.
• Any lapse in membership will require the member to re-join at the prevailing initiation fee.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIP

• Members may freeze their membership by paying a freeze fee of 10% of the membership fee per month, based on the membership category.
• Notice must be given to FITOKIO reception by the 20th of the month prior to the first day of the freezing period. Backdating freeze requests is not permitted.
